Everyone who has used xp knows what I’m talking about. It’s the annoying little bubble that pops up in the bottom right corner telling you that your computer is at risk because it doesn’t recognize your anti-virus program. Well here’s how to turn that off.
* Open the Control Panel folder
* Open the Security Center control panel
* In the left pane, click the link labeled “Change the way Security Center alerts me”
* Uncheck the item(s) that it’s complaining about (i.e.: firewall, automatic updates, or virus protection)
* Press the OK button.

I don’t know about you but i find that make multiple copies of files but that takes up valuable space. With Fast Duplicate File Finder you can find all those duplicate files.
You can scan local, external, flash-based, and network drives with Fast Duplicate File Finder. There are several convenient features like the ability to automatically mark the older of the two duplicate files as the one that will be deleted or moved, protection of system and program files, and a shortcut to immediately jump to the actual folder where a duplicate you’d like to examine is residing.
It’s only available for Windows but it still a great tool. Also it’s free. Check it out.
